Yesterday i.e. 15-01-2023 I have mistakenly recharged the sun direct dth linked to my Father’s mobile number 99XXXX4094 which was disconnected last year and not in use as we had changed the DTH to different service provider.
I have reached out to sun direct and they asked to email to customer care which i did on same day with details and requested to help me in refunding the recharge amount of Rs 1620.

Surprisingly, i got a call today i.e 16-01-2023 instead of email response stating they agree that no dth account was recharged with the amount but i can use money to recharge another sun direct number but can’t get the refund.
The response was non apologetic and not in a professional manner. I am requesting consumer court to do the needful as i am not using any sun direct services and help me in getting the refund of the amount.
