Text of Complaint by Pratik Rajesh Gilda:

The worst service experience. The companies Customer Care don’t receive calls, if we recharge to our account the recharge is not credited to my setup box, since 3 hrs, on online chat i spoke to them they said contact after 1 hr and contacted them after every 1hr period since last 3 hrs but no response.
