I needed online job so I registered on ClickIndia and received messages on whatsapp regarding jobs one of them were from Sun Tech India . I was eager to get a job so I accepted all their conditions thinking it’s a part time job I could do it within the time limit given as I am a student . They made me sign an agreement where I had to attach my I’d, a passport photo and sign digitally,which also included it was a contract for 11 months and I want to terminate the contract i have to pay min 4 months utility and maintenance charges or if i can’t complete my work or fail to get 90% accuracy i have to pay for registration which isn’t low insted 6350rs . It was 200 pages to be typed manually word by word within 5 days and if you aren’t able to complete/ your work you have to pay the registration fee i.e, 6350 rs . It was just impossible to complete it unless you type the given data day and night because you don’t have to type it in MsOffice ,they provide you a website (https://gotranscript.info/) of their own and it has a writing space and some writing tools that didn’t help much. I complete the work half way without getting any proper sleep for 4 straight days and my hands were paining from all the continuous typing, so I reached out to the no she provided as to ask for help and she didn’t see the message I sent . Then I searched for the address that she gave in the message and it didn’t exist. Then I blocked her number and left the work halfway because why not when you found out that it’s a fraud but after the time limit of my work which I didn’t complete came a legal notice saying you have to pay the money as you haven’t completed the task and a legal notice will be issued against you which says the conditions were cleared to you on written and on call also and they have the proof as voice recording. The Irony is I never got a call from them and I was in contact with them through whatsapp only no calls nothing and they have just wrote data typing in the description neither their website has any source of information of the company or anything. I sent messages to the same no I was in contact with first 2 days they responded but after that when I asked about the address that didn’t exist they quit responding. I have got calls from a person identifying them as advocate but I didn’t received. Now they are saying they would issue a warrant against my father which he don’t even know about it all because I shared my I’ds with them known of the mater circumstances. Please help out .
