Summer Shine an online trader had placed their offerings related post/ad on facebook.
In response to the same, I placed order on 14th May 2020 for pack of 3 shirts and made a payment of Rs.999/- . In reply to the same, they confirmed the order VIA ORDER NO. SS9318 and have sent a email in that context. This is to bring to your notice that till date, this company/service provider has neither delivered the goods nor their order page / store page is accessible. Besides, they have not even refunded the amount of Rs.999/- to me.
Considering the above, I strongly feel that summer shine has committed fraud and is a flamboyant operator with some conman being the promoter of this company.
I am attaching copy of the order confirmed by them.
Request the consumer complaint court to look into the same and arrange for refund of my amount of Rs.999/- paid.
