According their site, once I write the email to return, they are supposed to come back with a return address and how to return procedure. I sent WhatsApp messages, and emails, but till now they did not respond. Looks like I got stuck with an item that is poor. Their website has great pictures, but actual material is not up to the standard. I suspect all the reviews about these items on their website are manufactured and NOT REAL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
