Iam ujwala ,loan id-SEPR052155454702C one of my cousin member taken loan in stashfin I had no idea about that in stashfin there is not my number but documents are mine , recently I checked my cibil I seen a active account in my cibil , I enquired regarding that , my loan amount was 3000 ,and with penalty was 19000 , I don’t know about that because I don’t receive any messages from stashin because it’s not me who taken , but I apologize for everything , I paid total 19000 on 10th October , i sent many mails to stashfin but they are not resolving my problem , please help me with this , and attached all proofs of payments in mail to stashfin but they ate not responding please help me , and remove my report from cibil , from many days am trying and trying with stashin but not responding ,
