Myself Govind Tapadiya husband of Shraddha Tapadiya (Ticket in name of) booked 3 sleeper non A/c tickets from Banahatti to Bangalore for the journey date 4th December 2022. During the journey Sugama bus brokedown near to Hospet and the drivers were not able to continue the journey due to the breakdown. This incident happend around 12.30am and we stood on the highway night for 3 hours and didn’t get any arrangement of the alternative vehicle, meanwhile drivers of Sugama travels started sending 3 ot 4 passengers in already fully loaded busses and the passengers should sit in the engine or should sit down. Same arrangement was done for me and I was with my kids and wife I was also asked to go in that travels where we don’t have place to sit or sleep. I have to take the bus reason I had my kids exam at 8am morning on 5th Dec, so I wanted to reach Bangalore asap. It was not an alternative arragement from traveller, I booked the vehicle of sleeper and I was sent in the vehicle were I didn’t had place to sit nor sleep. We all family members sat at the middle place where people keep their shoes and chappels. This is not called as arragement or alternative. It was totally harrasement and most emberassing situation. Request you to get me the compensation of 10000 Rs.
