Suffering from Malfunctioning of my Purasense whirlpool Purasense water purifier since August 2022

@[email protected] Worst service. Except AMC free filters I spend almost 12 thousand rupees including AMC charges and new four filters , water cans which we bought from the market when machine is completely stopped working for 15 days , on their assurance that after that machine Purasense water purifier(serial no. 61020NY194301114) in the name of Dinesh Khare works properly but no resolution provided by the company after atleast 9 complaints properly registered against the same issue in august 2022 to 19 February 2023 and the others which they don’t register by saying this”Ma’am your previous complaint ticket is still open” and other unlimited calls to customer care.Every time they give us excuses only. Their engineers don’t even detect the problem why the machine is malfunctioning. I bought it in January 2021 .I am struggling with my product since August 2022 till today 19 feb 2023 .No resolution provided by the area sales manager of Mira road Milind more ji. My machine is over flowing even when it is not connected to power supply and the great milind more ji rudely said “Ma’am repair your house wiring” ,don’t you think that he is extremely intelligent deserve a highest post in your company I think he is a book worm having no connection with practical world with zero knowledge as without connecting to power how machine is behaving according to power I don’t even understand if any body knows pl let me explain how?The engineer Mr Raveesh is agree with me but don’t have guts to appose his senior as his senior don’t want to listen him and the engineer don’t take risk on his job but obvious .I think they are waiting for completing my AMC period as they are willing to charge me more at the name of engineer service visit and other services. I am going to consumer court if within this week they don’t provide me the solution. Pl repair or exchange the product if your product is no working properly. One more thing They force me to buy a new machine in December 2020 because my machine is in AMC Period and they don’t have that one small part to change so whirlpool decided to force me to buy this machine by paying 7500 rupees the cost of machine was 15000 according to them this the only way to resolve your problem So I bought this new purasense water purifier as the replacement of my old whirlpool waterpuifier which was in good condition except a small switch part which they don’t provide us. They took my old machine too at name of replacement outer filter which was free written on the they don’t provide finally they give after so many calls and discussion.
