Yesterday Postpaid Airtel SIM stop working suddenly with No signal and showing Emergency Call Only.
I changed the handset still the same result. I call the Customer Care they told me there is some issue in SIM you need to go to their outlet for replacement and it’s free of Cost.
When I go to their outlet I feel cheated as they told first I had to Pay INR 25 in cash for SIM replacement then they will do further investigation because if SIM card is not working it’s a Customer fault not operator’s.
I told them it’s a Postpaid number and you must deduct the same from the bill but they deny and told if you need support you need to pay otherwise we will cancel your number.
I am 15 year old customer of Airtel and the way they treated me I feel bad to stay with Airtel for such a long time.
