My self Rajiv Rana. i was using a Postpaid No. 9711985120 operator Airtel before july 2020 which is from delhi. in july i have port this No. in Haryana Airtel Prepaid.

on 14 th october i have recharged also of 598 (unlimited call & 1.5gb/day for 84 days). yesterday 25.11.2020 suddenly company has blocked my sim.

i have talked to 6 times on airtel costumer care, they have no records about this no. they told me that this is not a airtel no. Pls go to Airtel store. i have Visited both Store DElhi & Haryana, but nobody given me the reason that why my sim is blocked.

i am using this no. from last 10 years. i am socked that i am using this sim in airtel prepaid from last 4 months & they have no data about this sim. is it possible?

Please take the necessary action on it because this sim is registered in my all official & banking Places. Please help me.
