Sir/Madam
I was continuously paying electricity bill. But now suddenly an amount of INR 12000+ has added to my bill as arrears. I went to electricity office. The accountant told me that it is a pending amount of date 09-01-2013. After seven years suddenly electricity board imposed a large amount on me while there was no pending bills. And now I want to pay my latest bill but the regarding officer is not accepting my payment without previous amount of INR 12000+.
What sholud I do.
