I recharged my Airtel SIM with yearly plan of 2GB data per day. Since March 2022 suddenly the network degrades from 4G to 2G though other Airtel sims in the same place are able to use 4G signal though there’s abundant data remaining for the day. Complained multiple times through Airtel Thanks app, Airtel customer service, through twitter, but the issue is not resolved yet. Tried all things like changing SIM slots, disconnecting and reconnecting the network by moving to flight mode. Each time the customer service executives promise resolution in 3 days but the issue doesn’t resolve
