I am a resident of Bihar. My airtel sim is of Gujarat.I recharged my number with Rs. 598 (validity 84days) with 1.5gb/day and unlimited calls. Since 20th June 2020 morning I have not been able to do any outgoing call from my phone , the same problem was faced on 19th June 2020 , but I ignored it thinking there must be a network issue.
I checked on the airtel app it shows my calling data is expired. I didn’t got any prior information for this.
This is such a corrupt action from airtel network, one side it takes money for the unlimited calls plan for 84 days and on the other hand the calling data gets expired before 22 days of validity period.
Hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible, because calling is very essential for my daily work, it’s effecting my work alot.
