Text of Complaint by Jagruti Ghadia:

It’s been 1 and half month that my card is not working. I am currently living in Mexico and used to use this card regularly to get the OTP related to bank transactions and other important access.

It was working fine till july end. But from 2nd August, there is no network connection. I am doing recharge regularly. I checked here with every way possible but did not work. My brother also consult to near by Airtel store in India but they are saying that card seems fine and active.

I do not know what kind of issue is this that airtel is not able to diagnose. Not even responding.

I did recharge twice this month. As per the suggestion i received from Airtel store, I put card outside for more than 24 hours. But it is still not working.
