I am currently living in Mexico and using my SIM card regularly to get the OTP related to bank transactions and other important access.
It was working fine till july end. But from 2nd August, there is no network connection. I complained Airtel about this issue, sent mail to 121@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.guj@in.airtel.com, gorav.gupta@airtel.com, sachin.gupta1@airtel.com, gopal.vittal@airtel.com, ap@trai.gov.in but they are not responding anything.
I am doing recharge regularly. I checked here with every way possible but did not work. My brother also consult to near by Airtel store but they are saying that card seems fine and active.
I do not know what kind of issue is this that they are not able to diagnose and answer particularly.
I did recharge twice this month. As per the suggestion i received from Airtel store, I put card outside for more than 24 hours. But it is still not working.
