Text of Complaint by Ramani:

I have obtained Jio fibre connection in Aug 2019 and was going well until now.
From 3rd February 2023, there was no service. Complaint under ref: SR00001HAQSD
Was filed and their technician visited our home. He told bluntly that their Jio sales person has overbooked connections and now service will not be resumed, and will be terminated. I have still 15 days of their subscription period and they informed that no refund will be given. I have been asked to find alternatives.
It is ironical to note that they are placing advt for new connection today (05/02/2023)and their sales advt is pasted near our entrance gate. I called their sales rep and he informed that new connection can be given. He however sensed my trouble and backed off.
I do not know what to do?
