My mother has an Airtel prepaid sim card with an active validity plan for incoming and outgoing usage daily, suddenly today her Sim card was deactivated by the Airtel company without any prior notice. Now she is not having any sim to communicate, when I complain in airtel office they said because of non updation they have deactivated it. But on a daily usage and active validity plan they should have given prior notice for updation. This number is linked with all her bank accounts, Bharat Gas, Pan card and everywhere possible, and now the the airtel executive is forcing us to switch to postpaid in order to make the number activate.
