I book a ticket on 16th October from Hyderabad to Nagpur through Amazon pay. For that ticket i was pay 1574 rs for that ticket and i got 443 cashback in my Amazon pay balance but ticket was booked through my main account balance and now suddenly on 21st oct night from bus operator suddenly send message that ticket will cancel and you got u r refund with 3-4 working days u did not get any cal from bus operator today on 22nd Oct i just open application for my boarding point confirmation so that time I got to know that ticket was cancelled yesterday only how they cancelled ticket suddenly and didn’t inform the customer. I am educated customer I saw message today but what about that customer who don’t know about msg and all even me also yesterday I didn’t aware with this that ticket was cancelled. I also attached ticket in u r portal if someone is totally depends on that he was tention free for his journey suddenly he got msg that ticket was cancelled and for that there is no call he is getting what is his condition I booked another ticket with more money i want my componsation and harassment that bus operators given me
