I ordered a plant based pea protein powder from Nutrabay with order id #7552838.
But the product i received has different nutritional information than what was mentioned on the website especially the essential amino acid content. Also the ingredient list is also a little different than what’s mentioned on the website.
Upon complaining, the company didn’t admit any wrongdoing on its part, but after threatening to file a complain they agreed to return it only if it was not opened but as a normal consumer I didn’t check these details straight after receiving the item and opened it. So now the company is not doing anything.
