I had ordered Wizpad Tab V71 Tablet on 7th July 2020. The specs were good and hence had done online payment. The Next day i called to check the status and they informed me that the order is cancelled due to non-availability of the product. In order to initiate for a refund, i will was asked to fill a form which they sent as google docs and required to fill my CC number along with card expiry data and CVV number. I refused to provide the details and they bluntly said that if i want the refund, i will have to provide the above details, Which i refused and they disconnected the phone. I tried calling them multiple times and they did not answer my phone call or disconnected.
However on 10th July 2020 the product was delivered, but the received product is of very low specification product and an unbranded product with no company name or log on it. When trying to call the customer care to complain, the number is not reachable.
I have no option to even return the product as there is no return address mention on the shipping label.
