I had ordered wardrobe organizers with the offer “Buy 6 and get 6 free” For Rs. 999/-, vide order ID: 473050996. Yesterday I received the parcel vide Invoice No. CD6206PC00008660 dated 08/06/2022. Parcel contains totally substandard product, which is a poor quality saree covers, only 6 nos. Instead of 12 nos. This was highly disappointing. Kindly look into the matter and help me in getting the right quality products and in right quantity I ordered with the offer the offer that was promised or else refund the full amount paid by me i.e. Rs. 1000/-.
