I have opted for a 6 month subscription in the Cinema Dosti app, on 20th March 2020. The payment of Rs.99 has been deducted from my account but the subscription has yet not been activated. Sent an email to Cinema Dosti stating the same, but no response as of now. The same thing happened when i was trying to subscribe for 6 month pack agin Rs.99 deducted from my account but subscription is yet not started. This app has, by far, the worst payment transaction procedure.
I want either my subscription to be processed, or full refund.
I have subscriber the cinema dosti my money is deducted from account but subscription has not been activated yet. What to do…?
