Text of Complaint by Janny pratap singh:

I am dhani user and i have paid 1842 rs on 26 feb 2022 and payment was sucessfull and payment deducted from my account but i dont know dhani is showing payment failed after that i called to customer care they told me please raise a mail on support dhani with payment recipient and your complaint will be resolve in 7-10 working days but after one and half month amount 1842rs refund in my account but now customer care and collection department forces me you have to pay all amount two month subscription fees and late charges otherwise your cibil will be down……. And i want pay only emi 1729rs
Please help me also I attached all proof
