In online counselling session I enrolled my son for X-XI-XII+JEE. They initially said that I need to deposit only the registration fees and we can attend 14 days free trial classes. And if we do not find it to be appropriate, we can opt out and get 100% refund. In the same session, they urged me to initiate the loan so that they could initiate the registration process. Later on, even without attending a single session or even receiving any documents/ device from their end, I requested them to cancel the subscription. But nobody is attending my call properly. They are saying that it is mandatory to attend the classes and receive the documents and device and then return it. And it is as per their company policy. I am not sure if I will be able to get any refund or cancel my loan. Please help.
