Running subscription suddenly stopped. Asked for upgrade. Actual amount was 599. But asked 699/- I have paid even though not activated..

I have a subscription for 799/- and was bought to watch add-free entertainment with before tv shows, but to my surprise i am seeing adds and before tv episodes are not telecasted. Fake assurance from service teams.
