Hi there,

I have paid $16.99 two hours ago for 12 months but it’s taking me to the subscription page whenever I play any of the videos and I have tried paying for subscription again but I get a pop up message saying that I have been subscribed till October 28, 2022. Kindly get back to me as quickly as possible. This thing is frustrating.
