My subscriber id 1281790590.
This has a reference to the mail below on the payment issue recharge of my subscriber account no.1281790590. I have recharged Rs1500 in my account on 25 April 2019 through HDFC net banking from Tata Sky app, but the recharge did not happen. However the amount of RS 1500 has been debited from my account. I have raised the complaint with you but your team had asked me to revalidate with bank.
Vide Merchant ref no.784336341/TECHTATASKY As confirmed with the biller this payment is updated successfully at Tata Sky’s end.
