I bought Tata Sky Binge + in July month. From Day 1 I have been facing a lot of issues with this box.
Last few days I have raised the complaint below and there is no solution till date.

Further whenever i call your customer care / Chat with your customer care, they give false promises on set righting the issue. last few days I have been chatting with your customer care. They say my issue will get set right but till date there is no respite.
Today I called your customer care and today they have raised one more complaint and they have raised work order. This means that you have just been chatting with me and not doing anything. It is really a surprise for me that your team was just chatting then giving me a solution.
further, your installation team mention me that this is a useless box and i should have not bought this. In that case is there a possibility of returning this and give my money back. Seriously I am fed up of this product. One of the worst settop box i have seen.
