Dear Sir/Madam,
I am surprised how my Subscriber ID 1039275944 has been allocated to someone else, yes, I have NOT been using the subscription for a while but that doesn’t mean the same ID would be allocated to someone else..?
If it is NEW Client, they should have another ID as I believe the ID’s are Unique to clients.
My name, etc. should be unique with ID allocated to me.
I just received SMS on my mobile today that the RMN has been changed to new number, how this is possible, can anyone register a NEW Number without verifying that it is same as old RMN, don’t you send OTP or any other form of verification on old number to confirm before changing it to new number…?
