Hello,
I have an 1999 Unlimited recharge pack with a validity expiring on 12 Mar 2025. However the Data on the pack has expired . if I have to topup Data on my prepaid I am not finding any data pack options having validity till 12 Mar 2025.
Could you please provide options for us to Top-up data inline with our Existing validity.
Hope opting an annual pack is an punishable offence for any customers and cause unnecessary agony.
I am really disappointed with this change from Airtel.
