I requested for airtel xtreme connection in the month of October and I clearly mentioned to the person that I will need the dth connection from November 1st as my existing connection plan expires only by that time, so I asked the sales to plan accordingly. They told its perfectly fine, and gave me the broadband connection on 10th October and went. On November 1st I called the sales again to remind them about the dth connection that is pending. After a week of continuous follow-up on 6th of November they removed my existing dth and fixed airtel dish. Today it’s 10th of November and still the dth is not activated. I opted for 1499 plan amd was asked to pay again this month also, saying the amount will be refunded back
