Have been following up with customer service for past 1 week for installation services for the cot purchased. We have mailed them , WhatsApp etc but no response yet. Please don’t promise freebies if you can’t do. Looking at the other reviews I am a lil glad that product got delivered and I don’t have to run around zefo for my refund for bigger amount. Hoping the product delivered is ingood shape. The quality for products displayed and the customer service has just gone downhill for zefo. Order 328463
