I had a loan of INR 10,000 with account number 89586, comprising six EMIs. And paid the all emi on time but in the cibil report it has been updated incorrectly with delay payment and with multiple emi entries. When I called to their customer care then he abused me saying that .. bhosriwala. Such a inappropriate behaviour. ..no proper customer care ..no ethics …I also dropped an multiple email but no reply from them.
