I had requested a withdrawal of ₹1500 from my ReddyClub account on [date] but I haven’t received the amount yet. It has been more than 5 days. I have tried contacting your customer support multiple times, but I haven’t received a clear response.
Kindly resolve this matter immediately or I will be forced to take further action including lodging a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
