Dear Airtel Customer Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the lack of WiFi connectivity at my residence since Saturday, and the complete absence of support or assistance from your customer care team or engineers.

As an existing customer with five connections under my account, I have always relied on Airtel for reliable and efficient internet services. However, the current situation has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Since Saturday, I have been experiencing a complete outage of WiFi services at my location. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer care helpline, I have been unable to reach a representative for assistance. The lack of response and support from your end is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the level of service provided to loyal customers like myself.
