To whom it may concern,
I am writing to file a serious and urgent complaint regarding the hacking and misuse of my Facebook page, “Chennai Kung-Fu Association,” which I created in 2016. The page has been compromised by individuals claiming affiliation with ISIS since September 2023, and they have been posting explicit and pornographic content. This situation has not only tarnished the reputation of my kung fu school in India but has also resulted in distressing consequences for me and my students.
Here are the key details of the issue:
Hijacked Page: The Facebook page link is https://www.facebook.com/chennaikungfu. It was hacked by individuals claiming affiliation with ISIS in September 2023.
Inappropriate Content: The hackers are posting explicit and pornographic content on the page, which is damaging the reputation of my kung fu school.
Misuse of Contact Information: My phone number and email address, which are listed on the page, have been misused. As a result, people from around the world are contacting me through WhatsApp, seeking sexual services. This is not only distressing but also poses a serious threat to my personal and professional life.
Privacy Invasion: The page contains photos of my students and children, and their privacy is being compromised due to the inappropriate content posted by the hackers.
Meta (Facebook) Support: Despite multiple attempts to contact Meta (Facebook) support, the response has been unsatisfactory. Initially, I provided all necessary identification proofs and business documents as requested, but instead of resolving the issue, it seems that the support team is inadvertently supporting the terrorists.
I kindly request immediate intervention to rectify this situation. The implications of this security breach extend beyond a personal level, impacting my business, students, and the reputation of my kung fu school. I urge Meta to investigate and take swift action to regain control of the page, remove the inappropriate content, and prevent further misuse.
