Respected Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased a pair of Realme Buds Air 7 Pro for ₹5,000. Unfortunately, even with short usage of 5–10 minutes, I am experiencing severe ear pain and headaches. This issue is consistent and did not occur with my previous earbuds, even after prolonged use.
I believe this may be a product-related defect or design flaw that is affecting my health. I kindly request that the concerned authorities investigate this matter.
I am formally requesting:
A full refund of ₹5,000, and
Collection of the product from my address or instructions for return.
