Dear Dream11 Support Team,

I am facing an issue with the backup feature in one of my contests. My team “Pray For My Win” (screenshot attached) in the match between Trent Rockets (TRT) vs Oval Invincibles (OVI) did not get updated with the backup players.

Here are the details:

Match: TRT vs OVI

Team Name: Pray For My Win

Total Points: 225

Players who scored 0 or very low:

L Ferguson (0 pts, VC)

J Cox (4 pts)

T Muyeve (4 pts)

M Stoinis (4 pts)

Backups selected but not used:

T Curran (OVI – Allrounder) – 5 pts

S Cook (TRT – Bowler) – 4 pts

T Moores (TRT – WK) – 4 pts

S Billings (OVI – WK) – 4 pts

Despite having valid backups, no replacements were made. According to the rules, if a player doesn’t perform or is kept out, the backup should be activated, but that did not happen in my case.

Please review my team and clarify why backups were not updated in this match.
