Dear Jio Fiber Customer Support,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with my Jio network connection.I live in the heart of the city. all other services like ACT and airtel have restored all their services in the entire city and outer areas, except for jio.Four days ago, my Jio network was disconnected due to a cycloan. Since then, I have raised multiple tickets (3-4 times) in an attempt to resolve this issue. However, each time I raise a ticket, it is automatically closed, and I receive a message stating that the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and my network connection remains disrupted.My address is Flat Number 304, Sai Ashraya Homes, Opposite Saibaba Temple, Ramjinagar, Nellore-524003. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. The continued network disruption is causing significant inconvenience, and I am hopeful that you will be able to provide a swift resolution.Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.
