I am writing to file a formal complaint against StackedUtech regarding their fraudulent practices in relation to the course enrollment process.
On May 1st, 2024, I paid a fee of 3500/- rupees to enroll in a Flutter app development course with StackedUtech. Despite multiple attempts to access the course I paid for, I have not received any response or resolution from the company. Instead, I have been provided access to a data science course, which was not the course I selected during enrollment.
Efforts to communicate with StackedUtech’s executives have resulted in empty promises and delays, with no tangible solution provided. Further investigation reveals that many other students have faced similar issues, indicating a pattern of fraudulent behavior by StackedUtech.
I request that appropriate action be taken against StackedUtech to prevent further harm to students. Attached is evidence of my enrollment, correspondence with StackedUtech executives, and any other relevant documentation.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary measures to hold StackedUtech accountable for their deceptive practices.
