Dear NUT LOAN Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the unwanted loan disbursement of ₦5,000 into my Access Bank account on 8/1/25. I had previously borrowed a loan from your platform, which I repaid in full. However, I have been receiving unsolicited messages and loan offers from your platform since then.
On 8/1/25, I inadvertently clicked on a link sent by your platform, which redirected me to a website with various loan options. Despite not intending to borrow a loan, ₦5,000 was credited to my account without my consent or authorization. This has caused me significant distress and concern about the security of my personal and financial information.
I have attempted to reach out to your customer service team through various channels, including online searches for your website and contact information. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any reliable means of contacting your team to report this issue and request assistance.
I urge you to take immediate action to:
1. Reverse the unwanted loan disbursement of ₦5,000 from my account.
2. Provide a clear explanation for the unauthorized transaction.
3. Take steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to explore further action to protect my rights and interests.
