I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the practices of your company.
It has come to my notice that upon applying to your company, applicants are requested to submit their photograph, Aadhar card, and signature. However, it has been reported that these documents are being uploaded without the applicants’ consent and against the terms outlined in the agreement. Furthermore, applicants are subsequently informed of a penalty amount of ₹5100 if they wish to retract their information.
Such actions not only violate the trust of applicants but also infringe upon their privacy rights. It is unacceptable to manipulate personal information in this manner, especially without explicit consent.
I urge you to review your company’s policies and practices regarding the handling of personal information. Transparency, consent, and respect for privacy should be paramount in all dealings with applicants and employees alike.
