Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that with reference to the aforesaid subject, the Flipkart team paid me the refund amount Rs. 18708/- in 4 times with different date of transaction but again the same amount Rs 18708/- debited from my Axis Flipkart credit card account.
In the aforesaid statement it is very clear that Flipkart Travel team still have to pay me for my pending refund amount of Rs. 18708 /- to my account. the transaction details are as follows, this is for your information and kind support.
If you look at the below transaction it is very clearly said that, Flipkart travel team purposely made to confuse the customer not to get the refund from Flipkart travel team end.
Please short out my issues and resolve the refund issue as soon as possible.
The Amount 4 times debited from My Axis Flipkart Credit Card ending with 705:-
1) 16th Nov 2021 – Flipkart Payments for Booked the Flight Ticket – Rs. 18708 (Dec 2021 credit card statement)
2) 12th Jan 2022 – Rev. of Temp. Credit Flipkart Payments – Rs.18708 (Jan 2022 credit card statement)
3) 19th Jan 2022 – Dispute Transaction Flipkart – Rs. 18708 (Feb 2022 credit card statement)
4) 26th May 2022 – Rev. of Temp Flipkart Payments – Rs. 18708 ( June 2002 credit card statement)
The Amount 4 times Credited to My accounts ( 3 times is credit card account and 1 time is my axis saving account) :-
1) 18th Nov 2021 – Temp.Credit Flipkart payments – Rs. 18708 (Dec 2021 credit card statement)
2) 18th Nov 2021 – Temp.Credit Flipkart payments – Rs. 18708 (Dec 2021 credit card statement)
3)10th Jan 2022 – Dispute transaction Flipkart payments – Rs. 18708 (Jan 2022 credit card statement)
4) 08th Mar 2022 – Refund of Flipkart Payment – Rs. 18708 (Axis Bank account ending with 7074)
