Text of Complaint by Arjun Singh Bhandari:

Subject: Tata Sky Connection 1005657133 located in the Building Verve On The Curve in Whitefield Bangalore.

 

Dear Sir,

 

This is with reference to the above mentioned Tata Sky connection. The tata sky stopped working around the 7^th of March 2018 today is 18^th March and the same is still not working even though the matter has been escalated to the floor Manager of the call centre no. As per your records the connection is for a house but the connection is from the building dish and is common for the complete building (MDU). All flats using Tata Sky are not getting the signal and are unable to watch TV since almost 2 weeks. All connections are from one common dish antenna.

 

After multiple visits by the same technician, he keeps informing the facility manager that someone from the building team of tata sky (MDU) will come, that it is not his job. After multiple calls to the call centre to inform the same, no one from the building team of tata sky has visited.

 

Please restore the connection ASAP by sending the relevant person to the building. Please respect the time of your customers, this has been a frustrating process of being bounced from one call centre executive to another for the last many days with no end in sight.

 

Please revert with an email, detailing the timeline, so that residents may be informed of the same in a professional manner at least from our end, if not from Tata sky itself.
