Dear Jio Team,
We are currently connected with Jio Fiber at our firm. However, for the past two months, we have been experiencing consistently poor network performance, which has affected our daily operations. Despite multiple attempts to contact your service representative, our calls have not been answered and no action has been taken.

Due to the lack of response and continued inconvenience, we have decided to switch to another provider (Airtel). We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service and poor support.
