I hope this message finds you well. My name is Satish Bhayje, and I recently registered on shaadi.com, where I received a call from a lady claiming to be associated with OM Marriage Bureau. The person identified herself as Pallavi and provided the mobile number 72766 75168.
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with your services. After registering on shaadi.com, I was contacted by Pallavi, who informed me that she had received my profile through a community on a WhatsApp group. Subsequently, she mentioned having a matching profile and requested that I share my details for consideration.
Following this, I received a call the next day, where I was told that the opposite party had liked my profile. To facilitate further communication, Pallavi insisted on a conference call with the girl who was supposedly interested. However, despite expressing interest, she refused to share contact information, emphasizing the need for both parties to register and pay a membership fee ranging from 4000 to 5000 INR.
Regrettably, I complied with this request and made a payment of 5000 INR. However, since then, the profile matching girl has been unresponsive, and attempts to obtain a payment screenshot have been ignored. & also marriage Bureau ignoring to share her girl payment screenshot.
I am reaching out to you with the hope of resolving this matter amicably. I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the refund of the amount paid. I have attached the payment details for your reference.
I understand that such situations can be complex, and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. I believe in the integrity of your services and hope we can resolve this issue to everyone’s satisfaction.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Sincerely
Satish Bhayje
