I encountered while attempting to book tickets through the official website of MSRTC for my journey from Jamkhed to Pune on 8 May 2023.
On the mentioned date, I made a booking through the website and an amount of Rs. 1,035 was debited from my account. However, I did not receive any confirmation for the booking, and my tickets were not issued. I waited for the stipulated 7 working days, expecting a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received any refund to date.
I have tried contacting your customer care number multiple times, but it always appears to be busy, making it difficult for me to seek assistance or clarification regarding this matter.
I kindly request you to look into this issue at the earliest and initiate the refund process for the deducted amount. I understand that technical glitches can occur, but it is important for the customers to receive proper support and resolution in such cases. I believe prompt action on your part will help restore my faith in the MSRTC service.
