I would like to file a complaint regarding an online fraud.
I placed an order from a website called Anita Lulla / Anitalulla.
The parcel was shipped through ParcelX / Delivery Limited with the Tracking ID 8740027977514.
Originally, the order was supposed to be Cash on Delivery (COD).
However, at the time of delivery, I was instructed to make the payment online, and I paid through PhonePe. The payment was sent to the personal UPI of the delivery person, as per the seller’s instruction.

Payment Date & Time: 05 Nov 2025, 04:26 PM When I opened the parcel, the items inside were completely different and of very cheap quality than what I had ordered. The seller is now unresponsive, and there is no return option or contact information on the website.Later, the seller/representative called me again and tried to ask for YONO voucher code (RFC20000AZ / 989762) claiming that this would process my refund. I refused, as this seemed to be an additional fraud attempt.Important: The delivery boy is not involved in the fraud He only delivered the parcel and had no knowledge of the seller’s fraudulent behavior Therefore, I request the following:Please investigate this case and take action against the fraudulent seller/website Trace the recipient’s UPI / bank account and help recover or freeze the fraudulent amount.
