Respected sir.
When I was trying to invest in a mutual fund on the GrowW platform…
ICICI prudential short-term fund investment: one lakh rupees.
The purchase order was rejected due to BSE being unable to map the payment confirmation with the order.
The amount of Rs. 1 lakh was directly deducted from my bank account and credited to the BSE. Then I got transaction failed message
but I have not received the refund amount of 1 lakh rupees from the ICICI prudential short-term fund.
Money was deducted from my account on March 12, 2024; today is March 30, 2024. I have been waiting for 17 days. It is too late.
Therefore, I request that you kindly look into the matter and refund the said amount of Rs. 1 lakh to my savings account at the earliest.
