The reason for writing this complaint letter is that there is a company in Chandigarh named (Easy Entry Education Group) they cheated me. And they fraud and blackmailing for money on the name of job in Canada. In starting they said that they are providing me job in Canada on the behalf of my graduation and on my medical report (for fitness) within 84 day. And they said that they will provide the Lab location or Laboratory from where I have to get my medical report. Then I said okay I will do it & then they will provide me that address named (Satyam Diagnostic in Siwan,Bihar @9000₹). After two days Satyam Diagnostic provides my medical report that I’m Fit. After shearing my medical report with that consultancy they said that okay now we start your filing process it may take 2-3 day after that you will get your offer letter from Canadian company. When I asked them that without interview how I get job then they said that this is resume base selection don’t worry. After 5-6day they send me an offer letter from (Turner Construction company as an electrician) after that they said that wait for 1 week for next procedure your work is in progress. When I ask them what about my work after aweek ? They said that your work is in progress don’t worry! After 15-20 day they called me and said that you have to pay (20560₹) for ESDC latter. Then I said them no I’m not going to pay this because you said that no money will taken before your joining. They said that sir Don’t worry we are doing your work if you not paying this then forget your Visa because after ESDc you will get an appointment for Visa office. And you lost your medical report money which you invested. Then i ask that is this your last payment after that you will asking me for more then what I will do ? That’s why I not going to pay sorry!!!! Then they said that sir it’s new rule and the prince of Canada was changed that’s why we are Charged you this amount. I will promise you that after this payment no one asked you for money before your joining and if we not provide d you visa then all money will refunded to you. Then i think if he promises me to refund then give them that money, then i paid that amount to them in this Bank. (Name- *Easy Entry Educational Group*

And they running out of time because they said me before this whole process done within 84 days. When I got anger on them then they said that sir there is a problem in your filing we have to pay (23000₹) for your *travel insurance and embassy charged for biometric appointment* then I said that you told me before that there last transaction which I done that was your last payment after that no payment was charged then what about this payment. Then he said that sir this payment is for your biometric appointment and our lawyer fee that’s why we charged you this amount. And if you not paying this with in 3day then your file is rejected and as per terms and conditions we will not refund your money back so you have to pay this after appointment you will get your visa. And it may take 45 day’s. *Then I will pay 23000₹ in compulsion* and after 4 Weeks of this payment they called and said that sir you have to pay *70000₹* for security money for your Visa. Then i ask why I will pay! you told me before that company will provide this all things (Visa, Flight ticket, Accommodation food stay etc). Then they said yes but our lawyer said that many people refrain from going after their visa confirmed. Then we put this condition in because that if your Paper Visa is confirmed and if you refrain to go to Canada then your security money is not refund. Then i ask them why you all are hide this condition. They said And if you ready to go their then your security money will refunded their to you. Then i get loan *80000₹* from someone to pay *70000₹* for security and *10000₹* for my travel expense because they called me their for agreement. And I paid security money because I’m Compelled to pay. Because I have already paid them a lot. After this *I got an appointment letter in with incorrect details of my name and country, address. After 40 days they will get a Visa refusal letter from the embassy* and they will send me mail of my Visa refusal after 50 days of my payment. And as per term & condition they have to refund my all payment and expenses during this
immigration. But Now they are not going to pay my money back even they are not answering my call. In case they answered my call then they said that sir within 10 days we will refund you money don’t worry. And after 10 days when I call, they are not responding to my call or *if they respond to my call then they intimidate me that we will not refund do whatever you want to do* if they call me Chandigarh or I reach there for asking my money and any casualty caused to me then they will responsible for this (Khushi ma’am +919875940425. Prince Sharma +917837396582 ) these two people are the main characters with whom I talk about all. Sir please help me to get my money back. This is exactly what I was forced to write this Complaint Letter to you. I hope you take this matter seriously and take some strong action on this issue.
